Dr. Andrew Alexander graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, VA in 2013. He completed his residency in pathology at Tufts Medical Center and complete two fellowships in Hematopathology and Gastrointestinal Pathology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. During his Gastrointestinal Pathology fellowship, he also held a dual appointment as an Instructor in the Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Alexander joined Kingsley Lane Pathology Associates in July of 2020. His professional interests include Gastrointestinal Pathology and Hematopathology.
